We use very high quality, triangular gratings, and design elements according to architectural specifications – custom made. In addition to gratings, we also offer very large facades, sun visors, and stainless steel railings for shipbuilding.

We provide productions in the field of stainless applications with 40 years of experience. The newest production facility deals exclusively with the production of rustproof architectural wire mesh – flexible and non-flexible – as well as the production of rustproof racks. The manufacture of the new products offers flexibility in cross-sections and geometric profiles, depending on the requirements of each architectural study.

PRODUCTION
STONE QUARRY
The manufacturers that BuildingConcept distributes work with the most important quarries of travertine, marble, granite, limestone, and sandstone in the world. Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the stone industry, each manufacturer deals directly with the selection of blocks, sawing, and polishing process.
BLOCK
Various cutting options are also evaluated during cross-cutting or veining and sizes are optimized with the designer. All steps are performed by highly specialized personnel who ensure that the finished AIR product meets the designer's exact requirements.
BAND SAW
The marble or granite blocks are cut with a multi-blade gang saw or a multi-rope saw, depending on the type of stone.
CUTTING WITH BRIDGE SAW
Our manufacturer uses the latest cutting technologies to realize the "cutting" even in projects where the sizes are not repeated. The panels are cut as casellario progettuale - specific designs - to minimize material loss.
POLISHING
AIR panels are then plastered, polished, honed or brushed, depending on the designer's preference.
CUTTING WITH WATER JET
With the water jet, our manufacturer realizes special cuts and slits. This machine allows cutting the plate in any shape desired by the designer.

AIR TECHNOLOGY
Gammastone's patented panels are manufactured using sophisticated, state-of-the-art technological equipment and systems that allow the realization of light panels made of glass, natural stone, porcelain in large sizes porcelain stoneware, GFRC, mosaic and brick up to 4200×1500 mm. Moreover, the panels are extremely light and have very high impact, bending and compression resistance thanks to the use of excellent and innovative materials in the aerospace industry. They are cut with variable angles and assembled into individual monolithic architectural elements.
Our monolithic elements are used entirely within the company and are already ready for installation on the construction site. With the Gammastone AIR system, the designer can respond excellently and safely to the increasing use of large-format panels for covering buildings. The panels can be anchored mechanically, concealed or exposed, to the substructure using special fixtures. The guarantee of resistance to wind loads is far superior to all technical requirements of current regulations, even in climates subject to extreme weather conditions such as monsoons and hurricanes.
Due to the many advantages, such as a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in application, our AIR panels are able to respond to the most diverse aesthetic and functional requirements of buildings. With our products, the designer can use large format panels in the field of exterior cladding with absolute safety. Our AIR panels represent a state-of-the-art solution that guarantees high performance standards and offers a durable, aesthetic beauty that usually far surpasses the solutions available on the market today.
Non-combustible class A: GammaStone UHPC Plus AIR
Non-combustible class A: GammaStone UHPC Plus AIRNEWS: From now on we offer fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC) in class A “non-combustible.”
UHPC Plus AIR is an ultra-high-strength concrete slab that is lightweight and extremely strong. Architects can use UHPC Plus AIR to make the façade look like concrete without putting too much stress on the underlying structure – making it a unique solution for high-rise buildings. The UHPC Plus AIR panel consists of a thin ultra-high-strength concrete slab and a structural core sandwiched between two fiberglass mats and supported by a 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate. The total thickness of the panel is 17 mm and the total weight is 18 kg/sqm. The maximum size is 4150x1650mm. Made-to-measure panels are cut to the correct size using water jets. All UHPC Plus AIR panels can be customized in shape, color and surface finish to meet the designer’s requirements.
UHPC is much stronger than classic GFRP and therefore comparable in performance to steel rather than concrete. In contrast, UHPC panels are up to four times stronger, can withstand much higher loads, are much stronger, and have low thermal expansion.
Impact on the environment
When UHPC is produced at the GammaStone plant, all environmental standards are met. Since the thickness of the cement is reduced, the environmental impact is also reduced because we use less material.
Design Options: GammaStone UHPC with other FRP
The quality of GammaStone’s UHPC surface is aesthetically superior to other materials, as the colors are more saturated and more resistant to UV rays. Because it is a very thin and fluid compound, it conforms precisely to the surface texture of the panel, ensuring an even application and not compromising the aesthetic appearance.
Strength and stability: GammaStone UHPC in comparison to other FRP
In contrast, UHPC panels are up to four times stronger, can withstand much higher loads, are much more stable, and have low thermal expansion.
