Assembly of architectural elements

The GammaStone AIR panel represents an effective and extremely valid solution that relates to architectural aspects in the cladding of structural elements such as steel beams and columns or reinforced concrete, as well as in the realization of volumetric elements on the facades of buildings.

Thanks to its specific characteristics, the AIR panel can be cut at 45° angles or at different angles, glued with epoxy structural adhesives and the edge then finished to give the final product a monolithic appearance of real natural stone.

These intrinsic and unique requirements for the panels make it possible to build false columns or other geometric architectural elements that can be produced entirely in our manufacturers’ factories and delivered packaged and protected, ready for installation.

TYPICAL DETAILS OF ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS

The main feature of the GammaStone AIR system is its high workability and flexibility of use; the panels can be cut at different angles, bonded with epoxy structural adhesives, and reinforced with metal angles, creating a single monolithic architectural element that meets a wide range of aesthetic and functional requirements of buildings.
These unique panel requirements make it possible to create fake beams or columns with complex and irregular shapes or to revitalize them with a new aesthetic existing support. These items are manufactured entirely on the premises of our partners and are ready for installation.
